REDUCED Mode

The guide explains how to set the radiator, the blower, or both to REDUCED mode.

What it is

REDUCED mode keeps the room temperature constant, but at a lower value than the comfort temperature. It therefore reduces energy consumption without compromising comfort.

 

When to use it

Excellent for saving energy during the night or at times when intense heating is not necessary.

How to activate REDUCED mode

 

  
  1. Make sure that the switch located on the back of the Blower is set to position 1 and that the Blower is switched on.
     
  2. Press the button repeatedly until you select the icon at the top of the display corresponding to REDUCED mode. 
    

 

  

 

WARNING
When REDUCED mode is activated for the first time, you will be asked to select which device to use: radiator, blower, or both.
 

  1. Use the + and – buttons to select the device to activate in NIGHT mode, then press OK to confirm.

    Available options:

    • bLo – Blower only

    • rAd – Radiator only

    • rAd bLo – Radiator and Blower

The selected option will also be applied to Comfort mode.

To change it, set Standby mode; the selection will be cancelled and it will be possible to make the selection again by reactivating Reduced or Comfort mode.

 

    
  

 

  1. Use the + and – buttons to set the desired temperature.
    (Allowed range: 12°C – 19°C)
     
  2. Press OK to confirm the set point
     
  3. The A/M LED will flash green to confirm that the setting has been received. It will then return to solid green.
    The LEDs corresponding to the active devices will also light up green:
    1. Soufflant (Blower only)
    2. Radiateur (Radiator only)

    3. Soufflant + Radiateur (Radiator and Blower)

       

 

WARNING
The blower and the radiator are programmed to heat only if the set temperature is higher than the temperature detected in the room.
