If you are trying to control your radiator with Blower via remote control, but it does not respond to commands, check the following conditions to rule out a fault.
IMPORTANT
Remember that the radiator with Blower is designed to heat only when the set temperature is higher than the temperature detected in the room. This means that if the room has already reached the desired temperature, the radiator will not heat.

Power supply
Make sure the power cable is properly plugged into the electrical outlet and that the outlet is working. Try connecting another device to the same outlet to verify its operation.

Standby
Your radiator with Blower may have standby mode active and thus be paused.
Disable the standby mode.

Frost protection
If the device is in Frost protection mode, it will only heat when the room temperature is below the protection temperature (0.5°C - 10°C). Disable the frost protection function.

Distance and orientation of the remote control
Make sure you are at a maximum distance of 5–10 m from the radiator and point the remote control towards it. -
Obstacles between remote control and radiator
Check that there are no objects or barriers that could block the infrared signal.

Check that the display lights up when any button is pressed and that the remote control key lock is not active.
